If the property you are interested in excepts dogs, Please see the attached note from our Insurance Company as we cannot allow the following types of dogs: DOGS NOT ALLOWED The following types of pure bred dogs or a mix breed including one of these types are ineligible: 1.American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, or Staffordshire Bull Terrier, all commonly known as Pit Bulls 2.Doberman Pinscher 3.Rottweiler 4.Chow Chow 5.Presa Canario 6.Wolf hybrids 7.Trained attack or guard dogs that have been trained to attack/guard persons, property or other animals 8.Any fighting dog or dog bred for fighting 9.Any dog with a prior history of attacking or biting causing bodily injury to person(s) or another animal Exceptions to breed type can be considered if: Applicant provides a "Canine Good Citizen" certificate issued by the American Kennel Club for the dog

Application Process & Qualification Standards Thank you for your interest in renting one of our homes!   Below is a detailed explanation of our application process as well as our standards for qualification. Application Each person over the age of 18 who will be living in the home must complete and submit a separate application and processing fee.  In order to qualify, each person must meet or exceed the minimum standards for qualification.  Incomplete applications will not be processed.  Applications containing false information will immediately be disqualified.
